Heartfelt has not placed any minimum quantities on wholesale orders. We are a small business ourselves, and we know the barrier that minimum orders can present. The first step in having Heartfelt make your fiber into felted products or felt sheets that you can use to make your own products is to have your fiber made into batting.  While we can work with batting from any mill, we recommend Zeilinger Wool in Michigan, which is the only mill we’ve identified that can make 100% alpaca batting in large sizes that generate the least waste.  We have found them easy to work with and accommodating to the weight and size batts that we need for uniform products.  You can reach them on the web at www.zwool.com, or by phone at 989-652-2920. Please contact us prior to sending your fiber to a mill to allow us to work with the mill on the specifications for your batting.
